This Time and Priority Management workshop equips participants with practical tools and strategies to manage their time more effectively. Emphasis is placed on leveraging electronic productivity tools, such as Microsoft Outlook, to optimize calendar and task management. Participants will explore proven techniques for prioritizing high-value tasks, minimizing distractions, and aligning their daily workflow with their personal productivity peaks.
In this two-hour training, participants will learn practical and actionable strategies for managing their time effectively. The session will focus on six key time management techniques designed to help individuals prioritize tasks, eliminate distractions, and make the most of their core working hours.
Through guided exercises and reflection, participants will explore methods to minimize time-wasters and how to create focused blocks of time. Additionally, attendees will gain insights into maximizing Microsoft Outlook’s calendar functionality to better allocate time and align their schedules with their priorities.
