K.J. McCorry is the CEO of Officiency, Inc., an organizational effectiveness consulting company based out of Boulder, Colorado. K.J. has a gift in designing systems, facilitation, productivity, training and coaching individuals and organizations.
For more than 25 years, she has worked with over 200+ private sector clients, 100+ federal, state or local government agencies and 50+ nonprofit and foundations and is considered a national expert in the productivity field.

She was also a contributing author to Simple Path to Sustainability; Green Business Strategies for Small and Medium Sized Businesses.
K.J. has served on multiple non-profit boards committed to social and environmental responsibility, wildlife conservation, education as well as professional trade associations. She currently serves on the following board of directors: Alliance Center, Eco-Cycle, and University of Colorado Denver Managing for Sustainability Advisory Council. Ms. McCorry was nominated twice by her peers for the prestigious Founders Award with the National Association of Productivity and Organizing, recognizing leaders who have furthered the productivity industry.
She was also selected as a finalist for the 2008 Oppenheimer Funds Entrepreneur of the Year Award, who recognizes entrepreneurs who have successfully built businesses and positively impacted the community. She is a Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation Civic DNA Fellow and Colorado Governor’s Fellow
Ms. McCorry received her BA in Psychology and International Business from Metropolitan State University, Colorado; and an Executive Masters in Business from the University Of Denver. K.J. is a native Coloradan and currently is based in Boulder, Colorado.
