Erica Johnson
Senior Trainer & Productivity Coach
Erica Johnson is an experienced trainer, instructional designer, eLearning developer, and software training specialist with over 30 years of experience in online and in-person training. She has developed hundreds of programs for corporations, government agencies, and small businesses, covering productivity, intercultural adjustment, sustainable business practices, and custom software applications.
Recognized for her expertise across a wide variety of software and digital platforms , she is highly proficient MS Office productivity tools, LMS platforms, eLearning authoring tools, website builders, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite. She excels in developing engaging learning experiences, delivering content and optimizing content across various digital platforms. She began her career as an Intercultural Trainer in Asia, delivering country-specific programs for multinational companies like KPMG,, GM, Disney, and AT&T. In 2010 she transitioned to eLearning development and online training, working with companies and organizations developing eLearning programs. She then spent seven years as Marketing and Communications Director for a property management company, leading customer communications, new product development, on-boarding, and training initiatives.
Currently, Erica specializes in Productivity Training, helping organizations streamline workflows using Microsoft email, task management, meeting, and data organization tools.
She holds a B.A. in Information and Communication Studies and Business Administration from California State University, Chico, and an M.S. Ed, Online Teaching and Learning from California State University, East Bay. She is currently based in Nederland, Colorado, where she has lived for the past 25 years with her husband and two children.
Michelle Santaferraro
Productivity Coach
Michelle Santaferraro brings 25 years of experience as an efficiency coach and productivity consultant. Her corporate work has included working with companies including Sun Microsystems, HP, Oracle, Chevron and Office Depot. Her unique approach of helping clients develop systems based on their personality, preference, and work style yields significant and long-term productivity increases.
In her career she has been a Corporate HR Trainer and Quality Coach for an engineering company – CH2M HILL. Additionally, she was a TV spokesperson for Smead Manufacturing for their national media tour.
Michelle grew up between Denver, Colorado and Park City, Utah. She is an avid snowboarder and skier. With her bachelor's degree from Colorado Christian University, she has been able to apply psychology and counseling to her field of productivity as it relates to empathetic client interaction and the skill of asking the right questions.
Chalee Domingos
Productivity Coach
Chalee Domingos is a Denver‐based time-management and productivity consultant. Since 2014 Chalee has been dedicated to transforming work habits and maximizing efficiency for private sector clients, federal, state and local government agencies as well as entrepreneurs and freelance professionals. With almost a decade-long track record, she has empowered professionals to achieve remarkable productivity gains, leading to streamlined workflows and significant time savings.
Proficient in leveraging cutting-edge productivity tools and behavioral psychology insights, she excels in cultivating impactful solutions tailored to individual and team needs. With an understanding that "time is a non-renewable resource" she is a passionate advocate of work-life integration where both companies and their employees can confidently embrace remote and hybrid work environments. She has a direct, no-nonsense approach to productivity coaching while maintaining a sense of humor about it's often mundane reputation.
Beyond her coaching endeavors, Chalee finds inspiration in spending time at home on her 4-acre semi-rural, suburban "homestead" and going on adventures with her husband, two dogs and cat (yes, a cat!).

Joan Kuenhold, is a productivity consultant, and executive coach with more than 25 years of office experience. Working in environments ranging from Fortune 500 to sole proprietors and manufacturing to government has enabled her to gain the knowledge and expertise on what and how people work.
She specializes in office needs assessments, workflow analysis, and productivity training helping organizations save money. With a hands-on approach, Joan creates viable solutions to office problems. From software installation and customization to written procedures and training, she is a master at process improvement.
Joan has worked for the following government agencies; General Services Administration (GSA), Department of Interior (DOI), Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and the Department of Agriculture (USDA).
