Officiency Training

Current research shows that two hours is wasted daily due to disorganization. That is over 10 workweeks a year of valuable time wasted. Organizing and time management training will facilitate the process that will allow individuals to gain the skills needed to continuously improve individual work processes that will directly impact efficiency and effectiveness at work. It is essential that individuals be provided with organizational training that will allow them to strategically organize their time, paper, projects, computer documents and tasks so that they can work effectively.

Organizing for Workplace Efficiency Training

This highly interactive and in-depth 2-day workshop is mixed with classroom instruction and hands-on coaching. This workshop is different from other organizing trainings because Officiency trainers work one-on-one with seminar participants to customize the skills and systems learned in the classroom. This 2-hour workshop will focus on how workers can gain more work/life balance into their life. Participants will learn to identify and clarify what work/life balance means to them and discuss the challenges and barriers that impede work/life balance. In this 4 hour training, participants will focus on the theory of managing one’s time effectively. In depth instruction is provided on how participants can use their electronic productivity tool, (i.e. Outlook), to more effectively manage their calendar, email, contacts and tasks. In this 2 hour training, participants will learn the essentials to email etiquette and management. Various studies have reported that the average worker is spending daily between 2-4 hours to manage email. Analysts predict that email volume will double within the next 5 years. With more effectively written and formatted emails employees can increase response and improve productivity.
