one-on-one with seminar participants to
customize the skills and systems learned

In this 4 hour training, participants will focus on the
theory of managing one’s time effectively. In depth
instruction is provided on how participants can use their

and manage interruptions and procrastination during their

In this 2 hour training, participants will learn the essentials
to email etiquette and management. Various studies have reported
that the average worker is spending daily between 2-4 hours

within the next 5 years. With more effectively written and
